See all FAQs
How quickly can you come out?
Same-day inspections during business hours for most of our service area, and we answer 24/7 for emergencies. Quotes are written and provided before any work happens.
How much does wildlife removal cost?
Smaller, single-species jobs (one entry point, easy access, no cleanup) typically start around $200–$600. Bigger jobs with attic decontamination, insulation work, or harder access run higher. The on-site inspection is no charge, and we walk you through the quote before any work starts. Phone 519-783-1575 to talk through your situation.
Do you do raccoon families with kits?
Yes — and we never separate the mother from her kits. Spring raccoon calls get inspected, documented, and the actual exclusion is scheduled for when the kits are mobile (usually late May through mid-June). In urgent cases we do hands-on family relocation.
What does a typical job look like?
Inspection first — we walk the property, find the entry points, identify the species, and document what we see. Then we go over the quote with you. If you approve, we set one-way exclusion devices so the animal can leave but not return, seal the entry points, and clean up where needed. Most jobs wrap in 1–3 visits.
Do you handle bats?
Yes. Bats are one of our four core species. We use one-way valves on the main entry, seal every other gap on the structure, and remove the valve once the colony has left. Seasonal timing matters — call us and we'll tell you what the right next step is for your property.
Will my house need repairs after?
Sometimes. Wildlife usually gets in through soffit gaps, vent screens, roof junctions, or chimney caps that have failed. We seal what we find and recommend any structural repairs separately. Attic decontamination is available for heavy guano or droppings cases.
Is there a best season to call?
For prevention, late summer through fall is ideal — animals are scouting winter dens. For active intrusions, call as soon as you hear or see signs. Bat exclusions have specific timing windows we'll walk you through on the phone.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, the on-site inspection and quote are no charge for properties in our service area. You only pay if you approve the work.
Do you use poison or traps?
No poison. We don't use lethal control on our core species — it's inhumane and it doesn't solve the entry-point problem. We use one-way exclusion devices and physical sealing. Trapping is used only for specific cases where exclusion isn't the right tool.
